In exchange for the above fee, Sunbelt offers the following services in the Preferred Buyer Program:
| Sunbelt Broker will endeavor to present Buyer a minimum of 3 pre-qualified businesses that fit Buyers profile. |
| Sunbelt Broker will direct Buyer to the appropriate entities that assist in securing bank or SBA loans on qualified businesses. |
| Sunbelt Broker will set an appointed time with Buyer to educate Buyer in the buy/sell process. |
| Sunbelt Broker, when appropriate, will also review a maximum of 3 franchises that Buyer is pre-qualified to buy. |
| Buyer will receive the Sunbelt book: How To Buy the Right Business Right.

| Buyer understands that Sunbelt represents only the Seller and that Buyer is not gaining any representation by Sunbelt or any of its agents or employees by signing this Agreement. Buyer must obtain its own representation. |
